# 元カフェオーナーが教える「本格ボロネーゼ」

こんにちは！

2020年の冬、北海道旭川市の末広という地域にある「金魚の館」さんで、昔カフェを経営していた際の人気メニュー「本格ボロネーゼ」を作らせていただきました。

新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）流行のためお客様は少なかったですが、金魚すくいのランキング戦があった日ということもあり、限定20食がほぼほぼ完売となりました。

 

みなさま小学生〜大人まで「美味しい〜！」と言ってくださりそのままカフェを続けられてたらな……と、感慨深いものがありました。

ただ、今は目の前の手の届く方だけではなく、世の自殺者「0」に向けて、イチ店舗に籠もっていられないということもあり、今回作りました「ボロネーゼ」のレシピを無料公開しちゃいます！

 

10人前のレシピとなっておりますが、一般家庭でも10人前単位で作っていただき冷凍保管することをお勧めします。  
※Excelの数字を変えていただくと作りたい人数分の材料が表示されますのでご活用ください

もし作っていただきましたら、「作ってみましたー」ってSNSなどで発信いただけると泣いて喜びます。笑

 

もちろん商用利用もOKで、1食700円で原価率が30%ほどになるメニューです。

（普通のスーパーで材料用意したら40〜50%くらいだと思います）

勝手に使ってもいいですが、できれば連絡いただけますと、具体的なアドバイスも可能かと思います。
