# 自殺についての相談

最近「**いじめ**」などによる自殺についての相談が立て続きにあったので、自分なりの考え方やアドバイスについて記しておこうと思います。

悩んでいるご本人や、悩んでいる方が周りにいる方々の参考になりましたら幸いです。

## いじめはなぜ起きる

まず第一に私の個人的意見にはなりますが、いじめは無くならないと思ってます。

なぜそう思うかについて、実際問題これは学生だけの問題ではなく、社会人になっても一定数の人間は自分以外の価値観を認めず自分と違う人間に対して害を及ぼします。

特に日本人は前に習えの方針が強く、周りと違うことを行っている人に対して抵抗があることが考えられます。

以下のレーダーチャートのように、なにか特筆する能力があった場合にも周りと足並みを揃えるために角が立っている部分を丸めた人間が求めらるケースが多く存在しています。

これらがどこに行っても常に一行われるため、この**いじめの本質**が変わらない限りは無くなるものではなく、大半の日本人がこの考え方を持っていることから改善すら難しい状態に陥っています。

## 対処法は？

では、いじめに立ち向かうためにどうしたらいいのかということになりますが、正直戦っても時間な無駄なうえさらに残念なことに相手は変わってくれません。（人の価値観などを変えるのは基本的に無理だと思った方がいいです）

ですからできることはただ一つ！その環境から**逃げてしまいましょう！**

学校なら転校もできますし最悪行かないという選択肢もあります。職場なら辞める。辞めづらいなら退職代行サービスを使うこともできます。

家族の場合は難しいですが、縁を切ることも視野に入れて弁護士に相談することもできると思います。

それでも逃げられない！でも辛い。。。という場合には一緒に方法を考えることもできますので、気軽にご連絡ください。
