# 振り込め詐欺かと思ったらやるべきこと

振り込め詐欺（投資詐欺など）に振り込んでしまったと相談がありました。

今回のケースは、振り込んだ後に相手と急に連絡がつかなくなってしまった場合などから詐欺だと発覚し、相談をいただいたのですが、発覚してから何をするべきなのかを調べてみましたのでご紹介します！

## まずは連絡！

まずは警察へ！と言いたいところですが、その前に**【振り込め詐欺救済法】**の対応のために、実際に入金**した金融機関**へ連絡しましょう。

そこで伝えるのは振り込み詐欺にあったということ、入金した支店名や口座番号などの口座情報です。メモを準備して間違えないように伝えましょう。

この振り込め詐欺救済法は、相手側の口座を凍結し口座残っているお金から補償するサービスのため、口座にお金がいくらか残っていないと対象とならないので一番最初に連絡しましょう。

 

この振り込め詐欺だと発覚した後に連絡する窓口は全国銀行協会のページで掲載されております。

その次に警察へ行き、振り込め詐欺についての相談をしてください。

すぐに被害届は受理されないと思いますが、相談したら必ず受理番号を控えるようにしてください。

警察の対応方法によっては口頭で相談に乗るだけで、正式に受理されていない可能性があるので「金融機関に伝えないといけないため受理番号を教えてください」とちゃんと伝えましょう。

焦っても詐欺にあった事実は変わりません、ひと呼吸置いて冷静になってそれぞれの対応をしていきましょう。

## その後の対応

最初の頃は警察からちょこちょこ連絡があるかもしれませんが、基本的には時間がかかるものと思ってください。

金融機関の**振り込め詐欺救済法**についてもまずは犯罪行為に使用された口座の調査や入金者への周知を行う関係で時間がかかってしまいます。

 

入金者への周知については預金保険機構のページで掲載されます。

入金者が確定されると、人数や入金額から割合を計算して、犯罪に使用された口座に残っていたお金を分配する補償のため全額にはなりませんがいくらか戻ってくるかと思います。

こちらは約半年〜1年程度で手続きが進みますので、その点を心に留めておいてください。

その他、「これってもしかしたら詐欺！？」「こんな人から急に連絡あったけど大丈夫かな？」など、心配な点などございましたらお気軽にご連絡ください。
