# 相談事例：社会保険の扶養について

今回は、企業に勤めている女性社員で、**扶養に入れていた両親を外される**と会社からの通達があったようで、納得がいかず相談がありました。

## 扶養が外される条件とは

色々お話しを聞いたところ、状況としてはご両親と別居することになり、その報告を会社にしたところ扶養を外すと言った内容のようで、別居していても扶養家族に入れることができる場合があるはずなので、下調べした上で、企業側の意見も聞いてみました。

すると、そもそもこの従業員はご両親と別居することで**生計を同一としない状況**で、仕送りなどもする予定もないことから扶養家族から外すというもので、それだと扶養に入れることはできない納得の内容でした。

企業側と今までのやり取りをまとめたものを相談者さまに提出し、相談者さまにも納得いただけたようで、**企業と社員間の揉め事を回避**することができました  
※さらに再度扶養に入れる方法もアドバイスさせていただきました笑

今回は内容的にも簡単なことではありましたが、コミュニケーションによっては感情的になってしまい、一歩間違うと大きな問題になってしまうような問題も、私が普段から企業と社員の間に立って相談窓口として活動していた結果かと思います。
