# 私が起業時に考えていたこと

誰もが憧れる夢があふれる起業……

今回は起業について、私を例にとって紹介したいと思います。

## 一般論では

それは人生をかけたギャンブルと言う人もいるでしょう。

なぜなら新しく起業した方の9割以上の人が5年以内に閉業してしまうからです。

 

ただ、私はギャンブルだとは思っておらず、収入を得るための仕組みを考えに考え抜いて、戦略に落とし込んでから起業することが重要だと考えます！

基本的には起業することにより、今までの収入源がなくなり新しく起業したお仕事の収入で生活していかなくてはいけません。

また大きな借金を背負ってスタートすることも珍しくありません。

これって当たり前のようですが、見込んだ利益が出なくて閉業する経営者が大半です！

## 私の事例

私は自分が好きという理由なだけで、紅茶専門の雑貨カフェを経営していましたが（今は火災事故に遭い閉店……）、収入源を来るか来ないかもわからない一般客に全てを委ねるにはリスクが高く、他の収入を得るにはと考えていきました。

あくまでも私の一例ですが、定期的な収入を得られるために同じ地域のホテルや結婚式場に営業し、結婚式のプチギフトを卸すようにしました（紅茶と焼き菓子のセット）。

ほぼほぼ毎週のようにオーダーされ、経営期間は短かったですが、融資先に提出していた見込み売上より多くの収入を得ることができていきました。

 

どんな時にも、**守りの体制に入っては経営は悪化していきます。**

常に攻めの意識を持って、自分の好きなことをやりつつ生活できるよう努力しましょう！
